The Acting Head of the Information and Culture Department of the Yemeni Islah Party in the Capital Municipality, Abdul Rahman Jahlan, said that the Houthi militia, through its practices against journalists, proves its superiority in its criminality over all extremist and terrorist groups.

In a series of tweets on his Twitter account, Jahlan made it clear that the father of fellow journalist Abdul-Khaleq Omran died while he was waiting for the Houthi terrorist militia to allow him to visit his son, 6 years after he was abducted and disappeared in its prisons without directing any accusation or guilt except for being a journalist his weapon was just a pen.

He stressed that the Houthi militia is an Iranian terrorist tool and has no connection with Yemeni society or its customs and traditions.

And Jahlan called on local and international community organizations and fellow journalists to continue to shed light on the crimes and terrorism of the Houthi militia against abducted civilians and journalists and to put pressure on it until they are fully released.

The father of the abducted journalist in the prisons of the Houthi militia, Abdul Khaliq Omran, died today, Thursday, while his fellow journalists are still spending their sixth year in the prisons of the Iranian militia, during which they were subjected to torture and various types of violations
