Mr. Adnan Al-Audayni, Deputy Head of the Information and Culture Department of the Yemeni Islah Party, confirmed that the September 26 Revolution was the biggest transformation in Yemeni history.

In a tweet published on the X website today, Friday, al-Audayni stressed that September 26 derives its greatness from the fact that it separated two eras that were not similar, which are the era of priesthood and slavery, and the era of the republic and freedom.

He added: "In order to understand the greatness of September 26, it is enough to place these two values against these two calamities."

The Yemenis welcome September 26 of every year because it was the month in which the September 26 Revolution was accomplished in the year 1962, ending the era of the priestly imamate and the racism and superstition that accompanied it, as well as the isolation of Yemenis from the rest of the world

Activists on social media welcomed September 26 with a great welcome, stressing that it is the month of Yemenis, in which Yemen was born again and got rid of the dynastic Imami regime based on quackery and priesthood forever.
