His Excellency the Ambassador of the Gulf Cooperation Council to Yemen, Ambassador Sarhan bin Cruz bin Munaykhir, stressed the firm position of the Cooperation Council in its full support for the Presidential Leadership Council headed by His Excellency Dr. Rashad Muhammad al-Alimi and the entities supporting him.

In his blog post that he published on his official account on the (X) platform after his meeting with the leadership of the National Alliance of Political Parties and Components supporting legitimacy, headed by Mr. Abdul Razzaq al-Hijri, Chairman of the National Alliance, yesterday, Monday, Munaykhir made it clear that the GCC supports the Presidential Leadership Council and its supporting entities in order to reach Towards a comprehensive political solution in Yemen.

The Ambassador of the Gulf Cooperation Council to Yemen expressed his pleasure in meeting with the delegation of the National Alliance of Yemeni political parties and components, explaining that, during the meeting, the latest developments in the Yemeni scene were reviewed.

The head of the Alliance of Political Parties and Components, Mr. Abdul Razzaq al-Hijri, had expressed during the meeting the National Alliance's thank to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the Alliance to Support Legitimacy led by the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their steadfast and continuous support for the leadership and people of Yemen, which is a position that the Yemenis and their political components will not forget and which history will immortalize as a brotherly position of championing truth and justice, as well as their concern for Yemen and its position among its brothers and its Arab surroundings.
