Text of the statement:

The Yemeni Islah Party condemns the plans of the Zionist occupation government aimed at launching a military operation in the city of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip, strongly denouncing the statements of the occupation leaders that reflect the readiness of this entity to shed blood of the Palestinian people with terrifying brutality.

This continuing Zionist approach of waging a genocidal war against the Palestinian people who are defending their land, soil, and sacrilege is not surprising that it came from this occupying terrorist entity, which arose on the basis of violence and terrorism. It did committed hundreds of massacres and mass slaughter against the Palestinian people - in addition to murder today - over a period of more than 75 years, the most recent of which was the brutal terrorist aggression it launched on Gaza Strip more than 4 months ago, which resulted in the killing and wounding of nearly 100,000 Palestinians, most of them of children and women.

Now, the voices of the free people of the world have risen to warn of a humanitarian catastrophe in the city, which has become a last refuge for about one and a half million displaced people inside the besieged Strip, and to reject attempts to force the Palestinians to leave Gaza Strip in full view of the world, in blatant defiance of international law and international humanitarian law, after the Zionist occupation committed heinous massacres that exceeded all description.

The Zionist occupation’s brutal insistence on continuing with the approach of state terrorism and its stubbornness in worsening of the humanitarian disaster in Gaza Strip represents a challenge to the Arab and Islamic nation, and to the international community as a whole, and it spells a dire disaster that puts the humanity of the world, foremost of which are the United Nations and the five countries, at stake, and forces them to take urgent action to stop this bloody terrorism and curb its racist leaders so that everyone is not considered complicit in these crimes, whether by supporting this aggression or by remaining silent about it.

In the face of this unprecedented terrorism, we call on the international community to take practical and effective measures that reflect statements, declarations, and positions to ensure that the arrogance of this occupying entity stops, and to immediately work towards a ceasefire, open the crossings, and bring humanitarian aid to the residents of the Gaza Strip.

We call on all Arab and Islamic countries to quickly take a decisive and strong stance, and to confront the Zionist occupation’s violations of international law and international humanitarian law and its attempt to cross the red lines of the national security of the Arab Republic of Egypt through an open and extremist plan of a racist entity.

We affirm again the justice of the Palestinian cause and its valiant resistance, and we also affirm the right of the Palestinian people to defend their land and sacrilege until their liberation and the establishment of their Palestinian state with its capital, Al-Quds Al-Sharif, on their national soil, as well as we affirm their full right to confront the occupation, its plans, its terrorism, and its crimes. Finally, we hold the United Nations and the supporters of the Zionist entity fully responsible for the continued occupation in its methodology and its defiance of international resolutions related to the Palestinian issue.
