In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The Supreme Authority of the Yemeni Islah Party is closely following the continuing brutal crimes committed by the Israeli entity against the Palestinian people, the latest of which is the assassination of Sheikh Saleh al-Arouri, Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of the Hamas Movement, last night in the Lebanese capital, Beirut. We ask God to have mercy on him and his companions and accept them as immortal martyrs.

This criminal entity that kills children, women, and civilians with its military aircraft and deadly weapons without deterrence or accountability has added, with the crime of assassinating Sheikh al-Arouri and his companions, another crime to its record full of crimes that it has been committing for ninety days in Gaza in full view of the world, trying to break the will of the patient and firm Palestinian people on his land and adhering to his right.

This continuing crime is nothing but evidence of the recklessness of this entity, its constant thirst to shed Palestinian blood, and its insistence on committing massacres openly without regard to any international law or order. These crimes it is committing would not have been committed if the international community and its institutions had fulfilled their duty to prevent the Israeli hand of crime from affecting the Palestinian people.

We, in the Yemeni Islah Party, renew our strong condemnation of all crimes of the Israeli occupation, the latest of which is the assassination of Commander Saleh al-Arouri and his companions. We call on all the peoples of the free world to put pressure on this entity to immediately stop its crimes and the war of extermination that it is waging against the Palestinians. We also call for action at all levels to prosecute its leaders responsible for these crimes.

We offer our condolences on the martyrdom of the heroic leader Saleh al-Arouri and all the Palestinian martyrs.

It is sufficient for us that the martyr and all his fellow martyrs have met their Creator steadfast in the right that the occupation seeks to erase.
