The text of the statement as it came:

Branches of political parties and organizations in Al-Baydha Governorate discussed the storming of Dammaj village of Al-Sawadiyah Directorate by the terrorist Houthi militia yesterday, Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

On the morning of that day, the defenseless and peaceful citizens were surprised by the arrival of a treacherous campaign consisting of dozens of military vehicles to surround their village from all directions.

Herds of militias raided the village houses in a barbaric manner, causing fear and terror among women and children, abducting dozens of innocent civilians, and looting large amounts of citizens' private property from inside their homes.

This crime and other previous crimes clearly express the abhorrent hatred and racism that this dynasty possesses, providing evidence after another that it does not want to coexist with people who do not believe in its deviant ideas, while at the same time emphasizing that it is a strange plant that cannot survive and that its destiny will be vanishing.

At a time when the political parties condemn that crime in the strongest terms, they are convinced that these barbaric acts, in general, do not affect the resolve of the Al-Sawad tribe and the Al-Baydha tribes in general and will only increase their insistence on their republican positions, in addition to that this crime will only increase our free and generous people’s adherence with their values and constants, foremost of which is the republican system, for which everything was sacrificed.

In this regard, we call on the sons of our Governorate in particular, and the sons of the Yemeni people, in general, to unite their ranks so that they can eliminate the coup of the Houthi militia, take away their dignity and restore their state.

Likewise, we appeal to the Presidential Leadership Council, headed by His Excellency President Rashad al-Alimi, and the government to move quickly and mobilize efforts to liberate Al-Baydha Governorate, because it is the only way to stop the actions of those terrorist militias.

We also call on civil society organizations to expose the terrorist acts practiced by the Houthi militia and expose them to public opinion.

Here, we stress that rights do not end with the statute of limitations, but rather the day will come when all those involved in violating the rights of Yemenis will be held accountable sooner or later.

Victory for our struggling people, mercy for the martyrs, and freedom for the prisoners and the abductees.
