In a statement issued today, Tuesday, regarding what happened in the city of Radaa in Al-Bayda Governorate, the National Alliance of Political Parties and Forces condemns in the strongest terms the Houthi criminal militia’s bombing of citizens’ homes on the heads of their residents, resulting in deaths and injuries, including women and children.

The text of the statement as received from the source:

The National Alliance of Political Parties and Forces condemns in the strongest terms the crime of bombing the homes of citizens in the city of Radaa affiliated with al-Baydha Governorate on the heads of its residents by the criminal Houthi militia, which resulted in deaths and injuries, including women and children, in a shameful crime, while some victims are still under the rubble until now.

This horrific crime is nothing but a continuation and extension of the Houthi militia’s bloody methods and actions, which have been familiar and extended over the past years in all parts of Yemen, without the slightest regard for the sanctity of the days of the blessed month of Ramadan. This behavior is a true embodiment of the nature of the militia and its sullen face appears.

This heinous crime is a clear example that reveals the truth about this terrorist militia. At the same time in which it claims its concern, sympathy, and support for the Palestinian people, it practices against the Yemenis the same behavior that the Zionist occupation practices against the brotherly Palestinian people, with the same brutality and arrogance, as if they were both drawing from the same spring and they learn from each other the arts of maltreatment, crime, and genocide.

The Houthi militia has proven once again, through its witnessed crime against defenseless citizens safe in their homes and during the days of the blessed Ramadan, that it is far from peace and that it continues to disregard all efforts to calm the situation and peace efforts made at the various regional, international and UN levels.

We, in the National Alliance of Political Parties and Forces, strongly reject the silence shown by the United Nations regarding the crimes of the Houthi gang against the Yemeni people, and we urge the Presidential Leadership Council and the government to move to complete the project to restore the state, end the coup and the Houthi rebellion, by all available means and means of comprehensive national humanitarian struggle in order to alleviate the suffering, injustice, and persecution from the shoulders of our Yemeni people by ending the Houthi terrorism project that spread corruption in the country before its danger spreads and the human and material cost of confronting and eliminating it doubles.

We, in the National Alliance of Political Parties and Forces, have repeatedly warned against the consequences of overlooking the militia’s crimes and its fascist behavior and going beyond the terms of reference for the agreed-upon solution. We and the Yemeni people have raised our voices over ten years since the outbreak of this war and called for support for means to restore the Yemeni state, then disarm the Houthi militia and implement international legitimacy resolutions regarding it. However, the international community - unfortunately - still does not listen to our demands, refusing to acknowledge the mistake of dealing with the Houthi militia as a political party.

We renew our emphasis on paying attention to the suffering of Yemenis as a result of the daily crimes of the Houthis and stopping the policy of appeasing them.

Here we do not forget to salute and praise the great popular uprising carried out by free tribesmen in the Radaa and al-Baydha regions who reject the crimes of the militia. At the same time, we warn the militia against any escalation or targeting to suppress and silence citizens, stressing that any foolishness it may commit against the demonstrators will only double the bill for response and accountability.

"And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned".
