The head of the Yemeni Islah Party in the interim capital of Aden, the deputy head of the Parliamentary Bloc of the Islah Party, MP Insaf Mayo, renewed the call for conducting a comprehensive investigation into all the assassinations of cadres in Aden, and in a way that ensures access to the perpetrators and reveals their truth so that they receive their just punishment.

In an article he wrote on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the assassination of the martyr Sheikh Saleh bin Hulays, Mayo stressed the conduct of a fair investigation to be fair with the innocent victims and their families, at the foremost of these cadres is the symbol of Aden and its governor and one of its liberation heroes Jaafar Muhammad Saad, and the symbol of its resistance, Sheikh Rawi Abdul Aziz, also targeted tens of cadres, as one of their rights over the state and society, cannot statute of limitations.

He made it clear that the Islah Party in Aden was the most one that was affected by the treacherous assassinations that targeted its leaders in the various districts of Aden.

 The head of the Aden Islah Party affirmed that the assassination of opponents of opinion or stance is only evidence of incapacity and an indicator of value and moral bankruptcy committed by the tools of crime, and they believe that they will succeed in getting rid of their opponents through liquidations and assassinations, pointing out that peaceful struggle will remain the best way to obtain rights and achieve legitimate goals.

He renewed his call on all political and social forces to stand united against practices and crimes that seek to destroy civil life and the values of peaceful coexistence between the various components and formations, "and these are the values and principles that are known about the city of Aden and its people."

He called on state agencies and institutions to play their role in safeguarding guaranteed rights, foremost of which is the right to life and a decent life.

Mayo affirmed that the Islah Party will remain committed to its lofty principles and its patriotic stance represented in confronting the Iranian-backed Houthi coup, working with national forces and the Arab Alliance to restore the state and extend its sovereignty over all parts of the country.

He pointed to the passing of the fifth anniversary of the assassination of Saleh Salem bin Hulays, a leader in the Aden Islah Party, which was affected by a sinful assassination on this day in the year 2016, in a long series of assassinations that targeted the best of the sons of Aden from the imams of mosques, their preachers, their civil and military cadres, men of the judiciary, local authority officials and security services, activists in civil society organizations and leaders of the valiant resistance that had the honor of confronting the Houthi coup and its militias until the liberation of Aden with the support of the Arab Alliance led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
