The head of the Information and Culture Department of the Yemeni Islah Party, Mr. Ali al-Jaradi, stressed that the Presidential Leadership Council can - in cooperation with the brothers in the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - achieve a transformation into a single national authority.

In his post on his Facebook account, today, Wednesday, al-Jaradi said that it will be necessary for the Presidential Leadership Council to realize its political value and national importance by transforming this broad representation into a real national authority and bypassing the mistakes of the recent past by staying outside the country and relying on the brothers in the administration as a substitute for them.

He added: "You can be the fathers who build Yemen or something else."

Al-Jaradi indicated that after a few days, the formation of the Presidential Leadership Council will enter its first year on April 7, 2022, at a time when many believe that the Presidential Leadership Council in terms of performance is weak, and he considered they are right, but he said that this is with all the internal and external challenges and obstructing factors, where the task of any authority lies in overcoming obstacles and frustrations.

Al-Jaradi pointed out that the Presidential Leadership Council is distinguished by an exceptional qualitative value, and it is not easy to replicate it by representing the forces and parties in the national arena in one authority, considering that this is a rare opportunity to accomplish building national institutions and rebuilding power structures, at least in the liberated areas, and this entails proceeding with a project Liberation or the achievement of a just and sustainable peace.

He hinted that those working in political history tend to report a summary (that none of the collective leadership succeeded, or at least their performance was weak).

Al-Jaradi made it clear that the option of representing all forces and tendencies is closer to forming a unified national authority in the face of the emergence and formation of military entities and forces, indicating that the value of the Presidential Leadership Council and the importance of achieving one military and administrative authority structures lie here.

Al-Jaradi stressed that the value of all political and military forces away from the single national authority is a conflictual value resulting from regional intersections and vanishes in the nearest political transformation of the supporters because it is not based on any elements of self-survival nor national motives related to people's needs and interests.

He pointed out that during the eight years of the war, we saw a lot of change in political data and bilateral relations, depending on the national interests of each country and its repercussions on the forces associated with these equations, noting that for these reasons lies the importance of the Leadership Council as a representative of all forces by achieving a national authority in which everyone is represented with fair balances and interests to express a state of (multiple authorities) and is subject to collapse, transforming into local gangs due to the regional changes taking place, or remaining a contractor to an external party without achieving any national goal.
