Mr. Adnan al-Audayni, Deputy Head of the Information and Culture Department of the Yemeni Islah Party, says that, on the anniversary of the founding of the Islah Party, maybe it's better for us to remember a package of national roles that the Party has been playing, which are about the national battle related to the demand of the state of citizenship and the thorny issues of conflict.

In a series of tweets he posted on his Twitter account, al-Audayni made it clear that the first thing we should remember is that the Islah Party, throughout its career in politics, has been a model for a political party within the limits of its domestic environment, whether when it has been a part of power or when it has been excluded from it by the regime at the time.

He pointed out that the Islah Party had adopted the process of peaceful struggle and had never resorted to violence, even in the moments when it was being targeted, and had engaged in a partnership with everyone in order to preserve the republican system and achieve its establishment.

Al-Adini stressed that the Islah Party had started from an ideological point of view, transcending and not giving in to any regional or sectarian claim, which has achieved to it a great spread throughout the country.

He continued, saying: "It has remained throughout its political career a support for national constants and has never abandoned them."

Al-Audayni noted the Party's support for national constants and its permanent support for the major and utter interests.

He stressed that the Islah Party is, of course, against terrorism of all kinds, and everyone can notice this through the fact that politics is always located in the place where the Islah Party is, and politics disappears in the place where the Islah Party is harassed and its activity is frozen.
