The chairman of the Supreme Authority of the Yemeni Islah Party, Mr. Muhammad bin Abdullah al-Yadumi, said that the call of the leader of Houthi group, Muhammad al-Bukhaiti, to the Islah Party is a word that deserves no response.
In a statement to the Saudi daily Okaz, al-Yaidumi denied conducting any contact or dialogue between the Islah and the coup Houthi.
He stressed that Islah Party is fighting Houthi on the fronts as a component of the legitimacy and cannot extend alone its hand to the Houthis.
“If there is a dialogue with the legitimacy, we, as a party within the framework of the legitimacy, will be with it and not out of it.” He added.
