The deputy head of the Information and Culture Department of the Yemeni Islah Party, Adnan al-Audayni, made it clear that the main reason for the state's inability to settle on any part of the country's soil, since the Houthi coup against the state, is the decline in the will to restore the capital, Sana'a.

In his post, which he posted on his Facebook account, al-Audayni said, "Eight years ago, the Yemeni state lost its capital, and since that date, the state has no longer been in a position to settle on any part of the country's soil. This unrest state is mainly caused by the decline in the will to restore the capital, Sana'a, and content with an authority that is contiguous with its flagrant inability and accepts coexistence with it.

He added, "We all created this disgrace, and everybody additionally participates in designing it, all those who act as if they own an entire state even though the capital, Sana'a, has been hijacked."

He concluded his post, saying, "Kindly restore Sana'a in order for us to obtain a real state that can present itself as a representative of all the people and a protector of the entire country's soil, as well as restore Sana'a and you will find Yemen that without it will be lost."
