The Head of the Information and Culture Department of the Yemeni Islah Party in the Capital Municipality, Abdul Rahman Jahlan, stresses the monism of struggle and the Yemeni cause.

In his post on his Facebook account, Jahlan said that the Yemeni people - in the north and south - were united in the struggle for the just cause represented in resisting the imamate and colonialism before the unification of Yemeni geography.

He made it clear that the one national feelings of revolutionaries - in the north and south - united and they had summoned one another when they found that the Imamis and the colonizers had exploited the division of the land of Yemen in order to maintain their rule and the continuation of their oppression of the Yemenis.

He pointed out that this confirms that the September 26th revolution would not have succeeded in overthrowing the Imamate priesthood system except thanks to the people of the south standing up and offering sacrifices alongside their northern brothers and that the same applies to the October 14th revolution, where the support and participation of the people of the north at that time played an important and pivotal role in the liberation of southern Yemen from colonialism that lasted 128 years.

He emphasized that this honorable image of the monism of struggle that the Yemeni people in the north and south embodied in the past and continue to embody today against the same local obscurantist priestly tools and external ambitions represented in the Persian project.

It affirms that the homeland is one and the people are one and that the unity of geography is the fruit of the unity of the people, he said.
