We welcome you to this celebration of ours with a welcome that has no limits. We extend our hands to you with all sincerity and grandeur, a homeland that combines us, one destiny and hope that brings us together, a brotherhood that brings us together, and we are strength to each other, and the rules of life, signs of the case and lessons of the history have been so, so you are all welcome.

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

We are all living in the atmosphere of September, which glows brightly, sparkles with joy and overflows with revolutionary feelings, with republican goals, and in the depth of this September atmosphere, the 31st anniversary of the founding of the Yemeni Islah Party, comes to complement the glorious 26th of September revolution, jumping by you, Islahis, which your honest and public alignment with the revolution and the republic was against the priesthood, then you went to respond to the call of the republic, and in all of this you actively and in the spirit of redemption take sides with the people and the country, and you did not change your positions.

Our celebrations of the anniversary of the founding of the Yemeni Islah Party are not just regular or routine celebrations, but rather a confirmation of the covenant and renewal of determination to continue moving towards achieving the goals. Today, our goals are the same as the goals of the two Yemeni revolutions, September and October, against which the Houthi priesthood project is conspiring as well as the tools of colonialism, and both of them implement a suspicious scheme through a multi-style deception, a cooperative act and available funding.

But these cunning schemes and miserable acts will be destroyed under the feet of your will and the will of all the free people of Yemen, and they will be defeated with your patience, steadfastness as well as all the sons of the country.

O Islahis go all of you as we have known: That you have unrelenting patience, unwavering determination, an inexhaustible will, brave, sacrifices whose ceiling is the extraction of freedom and the restoration of the abducted state.

Brothers and Sisters:

All attendees,

We all know that today we are sailing in one ship, which is the ship of the homeland, which is targeted by pirates and lurks, and we all have no choice but to work in the spirit of one team in order to survive and save the ship. And this can only be done if we all confront these pirates. Today, this confrontation represents the first priority on which we all agree, and it is imperative for everyone to confront the project of the obscurantist priesthood, and since there is no dispute over this, there is no good in going to side discussions about the color of the ship and the difference over it, nor in its decoration and how the decoration should be because there are strategic issues. So, don't let the little things draw us in, while there are big issues and don't let little things entice us.

Pausing at the matters which we differ about - and they are few - at the expense of the common matters - which are many - is considered incapacity, disappointment and bad foresight.

Presenting common national matters, especially in this circumstance that requires cohesion and transcendence over all our small differences, is the national duty and the trust that our people expect from us as leading elites. It is a great trust for the size of this country and its future. All of these common national matters are supposed to be the compass that controls our movement, our struggle and our effort that should not go into small matters and not drown in a small agenda. Our people and we are embarking a battle of national liberation and saving the republic, and everything related to the existence of the homeland and its dignity, and the values of freedom and equality, and we do not have the energy and spare time to be spent outside the battle of liberation and saving the homeland, especially as we realize that the dynastic project supported by the Persian Empire works with all demolition tools to eradicate our existence, our thought, our culture, our history and our identity, and it is trying hard to exploit our weaknesses and the gaps in the differences of the republican camp, hoping to achieve what it did not achieve in all the rounds of its unsuccessful war that was broken by the steadfastness of the heroes of our national army.

Hence, we call and repeat the call for all political and social forces to sense the dangers, and in return evoke the role that we should play united to lead the national project and mobilize the energy of all the people of Taiz to play their leading role in leading victories and protecting achievements, foremost of which is the republican system and saving our people from the ethnic project as an epidemic that targets the homeland in its dignity, the citizen in his freedom and equal citizenship rights through a tireless movement and an integrated struggle in which Taiz moves at the official and popular level in a unified way towards achieving liberation and with serious work by the local authority as a gateway to the liberation of Republican Yemen with all its soil and sea, led by the President of the Republic Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi.

The bright tomorrow and dawn, to which we all look forward, will only shine through solidarity, integration and unity. And that the dreams and hopes of the future are not irrigated or built with the whining of the frustrated or the indignation of the pessimists, but rather, they are irrigated and built with the sweat of the workers and the effort and jihad of the optimists.

Distinguished attendees,

We all feel the barbarism of the Houthi priesthood militia through its siege imposed on the city and the mines it planted in the roads, through treacherous bombing targeting residential neighborhoods or the bombing of the Mocha port, which is the gateway to the Al-Janad region in particular and Yemen in general. In the face of all this, we salute the steadfastness of the National Army and its steadfast valor in the face of the Iranian-backed priesthood of the Houthi dynasty.

It is also incumbent upon us to commend the role of the police and all the security services because, without the courage of the National Army and the vigilance of the security services, the various parties and all components would not have been able to hold their celebrations and carry out their activities freely and safely. And with all this gratitude for the role they play, we ask them for more effort, action, sacrifice and redemption. They should also purify their ranks of men with weak souls and addicts of chaos, and they must work continuously to raise the efficiency of all those who joined the army or security and preserve the patriotic spirit so that we do not find among these heroes someone who does not deserve this honor.

We renew our salute to the army and security institutions and appreciate the achievements they achieve despite all circumstances. We call on them to continue to pursue the wanted men and all those who cause chaos or tamper with security and we ask them strike at the sinners' hands with an iron hand.

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

In the face of the tragic living situation, extremely high prices and the deterioration of the value of the riyal that our Yemeni people are suffering from, we call on the government to assume its responsibility in a responsible spirit and to make an effective and quick effort to address the living issue of the citizen, and to give this aspect special attention in making every effort to what would alleviate the misery of the living life that they suffer from.

It goes without saying that we remind the government that it should extend its influence over all sea and land ports, airports, and all sources and revenue that would also alleviate the suffering of citizens.

Hence, we call on the brothers in the Arab Alliance to help the government in restoring all institutions and revenue facilities and empower it in all liberated areas. We also hope from the brothers in the Arab Alliance for their fraternal and generous support in the economic field.

The economic situation that Yemen is witnessing requires that the government decides to return to the country to manage its affairs from the inside.

We also call on the local authority to make every effort to improve public services such as water, health, hygiene and other services.

In order to alleviate the suffering of the people of Taiz Governorate from the siege imposed on them by the Houthi militia, we call on the government to do its duty to open the road of the Al-Kadha that connects the city of Taiz with Mocha and benefits all citizens.

Taiz, which is always the bearer of the national project and enjoys a pioneering popular incubator, never lags behind the national role and never fails to meet the local role. So, with a patriotic awareness and a revolutionary stance, it represented difficulty in the face of all those who tried to distort its positions and principles. Here, we cannot but stand with veneration and admiration for this proud popular incubator, which sided with the legitimacy and the political leadership represented by brother President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi, President of the Republic.

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

The National Army and the popular resistance came from this proud popular incubator, as well as the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of religion and the homeland and the brave wounded who sacrificed their blood in order to defend freedom, identity and dignity came from this proud popular incubator as well, which requires us all to succor their rights. And here we are asking the government to fulfill its duty towards them without being satisfied with promises.

It is also of great importance to regularize the salaries of the National Army and the security services because that is the least duty towards these two national institutions.

We also highly appreciate the role of medical institutions, which are considered one of the aspects of national resistance and complementary to the role of our National Army, and therefore we greatly appreciate the efforts of the doctors' battalion and all the health staff who are resisting conditions in order to serve the citizen, especially in the face of the Corona epidemic and providing medical support to members of the army in their national battle.

From here, from the city of Taiz, the capital of the Rasulid state, we salute the steadfastness and valor of Marib of history, civilization and pride, where it stands heroically in the face of the Houthi priesthood militia and Iran's gangs.

We also salute all the steadfastness fronts in Al-Jawf, Shabwa, Al-Baydha, Al-Dhali', Hodeidah, Saada, Abyan, Hajjah, Hadhramawt and all the Governorates of the Republic that reject the priesthood and the poisoned small projects.

Here, let me salute those who organized this celebration and the young men and women of the system and services committees, the Media and Technical Committees. We also thank the officers, security personnel and traffic cops for their good cooperation.
