The Center stated that it documented 3 cases of attacks on civilians committed by members of the security forces affiliated with the government, three cases of abducting and enforced disappearance committed by the Houthi militants and others outside the framework of the state, one for each of them.

The report monitored three cases of attacks on the public property caused by both the Houthi militia, gunmen outside the framework of the state, and government security personnel, one for each of them.

The report indicated that 17 cases of assault on private property were monitored, where 8 houses were partially damaged and 5 private vehicles as a result of shelling by the Houthi militia. A house was damaged by a Houthi sniper, in addition to a tailor shop and two private vehicles were damaged by clashes between gunmen outside the framework of the state.
