The Secretary-General of the Yemeni Islah Party, Mr. Abdel Wahab al-Ansi, received a thank-telegram from the Foreign Relations Department of the Communist Party of China, in response to the message of solidarity sent by the Secretary-General for solidarity with China in the face of the COVID-19 epidemic.

The Chinese Communist Party expressed its thanks to the Yemeni Islah Party for its standing by the Chinese people and government in their battle against the Corona epidemic (COVID-19), which began to spread in the Chinese city of Wuhan early this year.

The Communist Party expressed its interest in a friendly relationship with the Yemeni Islah Party, expressing its willingness to enhance cooperation and exchange between the two parties in accordance with the spirit of common ground, mutual respect and mutual benefit, so as to continuously push forward the Chinese-Yemeni relations.

In its message, the party said: "Since the spread of the Coruna virus, China has taken comprehensive procedures and measures to combat the epidemic, and the work is getting better in monitoring and controlling the epidemic, and positive results have been achieved, and we have confidence and determination to achieve the ultimate victory over the virus."

It continued, "It is ready to work with the parties of the world to enhance exchange and sharing the experience of combating the epidemic and coordinating measures regarding it, expressing its refusal to discredit a specific country and politicize the epidemic, pointing out that "the global health security is a common challenge facing all of humanity."
