A full year has passed since the Stockholm Agreement had been made in Sweden, and the Iranian-backed Houthi coup militia continues violations, crimes and military escalation in the coastal governorate of Hodeidah, western Yemen, where the breaches of the coup militia have exceeded 1 thousand breaches; varied between attack processes, direct clashes and processes of infiltrations, most of them were against al-Durayhimi and Hays, south of Hodeidah, in addition to bombing and direct targeting processes committed against the locations of the joint forces in the various directorates of Hodeidah governorate.

The media center of the government’s “Brigades of al-Amalekites” forces stationed on the West Coast front said that “the number of martyrs and wounded civilians were 232 killed and 2,311 wounded

In its statement, the Amalekites said that the number of dead since the truce was launched distributed among the following age groups:

68 children, 29 women, 41 the elderly, and 94 dead among youth, while the number of wounded amounted to 2311 distributed among the following age groups:

264 children, 179 women, 271 the elderly, and 1597 wounded among youth. The number of high crimes against civilians reveals the intentions of the Houthi militia to kill people in Hodeidah governorate.”

The Amalekites point out to that “a year after the Stockholm Agreement was announced between the government and the Houthis, which stipulates a ceasefire in the city of Hodeidah, the militias have not adhered to the provisions of the Stockholm Agreement and continue to be intransigent and refuse to implement the terms of the Agreement, where they launched thousands of direct military operations and Infiltration operations, using various types of medium and heavy weapons on the positions of the joint forces, during which the militias incurred heavy losses of souls and equipment during the failed infiltration attempts, as well as hundreds of Houthi elements were killed and wounded in all their miserable attempts."

The statement pointed out to that “Hodeidah governorate has left a year of crimes and violations and receives another year since the announcement of the Stockholm Agreement had been done in Sweden, and the Houthi terrorist militias continue their brutal actions and practices on a daily basis against innocent civilians; where they use various types of medium and heavy weapons and artillery shells to target residential neighborhoods and citizens’ homes, and plant improvised explosive devices and mines of various sizes on citizens' farms and homes in brutal and criminal ways, showing the extent of the malice and hatred of these militias against human and the peace process in Hodeidah and Yemeni governorates.

The Amalekites affirmed that "the number of innocent civilian victims of Hodeidah residents increased since the launch of the Sweden Agreement and the UN Truce announced on December 18, last year, and the Houthi militia took advantage of the truce to make it an umbrella to carry out their criminal actions and target residential neighborhoods and citizens' homes with shells, missiles and artillery in the directorates of al-Tahita, Hays, al-Khokha, al-Durayhimi, al-Jah and Manzar areas and the areas located in the outskirts of Hodeidah city, where thousands of crimes and violations were committed against civilians, most of them women and children and that the high numbers of crimes against civilians reveal the intentions of the Houthi militias in killing human in Hodeidah governorate.»

According to the statement, “The crimes of the Houthi militias did not exclude trees, stones, people and animals. After the killed and wounded thousands of civilians during the year of the truce, the Houthis destroyed the homes of citizens, vital facilities, mosques and farms, where their number amounted to 446 cases since the start of the truce announced by the UN, in addition to criminal and absurd practices and methods, through which the militias seek to take control of all Yemeni governorates,” in addition to “the militias have killed 71 animals since the launch of the UN truce on December 18, 2018, until December 18, 2019.”

The statement also mentioned that «this truce that was announced by the UN came to save the militias to rearrange their ranks after their collapse because of the arrival of the joint forces to the outskirts of the city of Hodeidah at the end of the last year when the United Nations hurried up to interfere with its initiative to save and spare the city and civilians war and destruction, but through statistics were gathered after a year of the UN truce, the truce came to save the Houthis in order to rearrange their ranks again.”

And the Amalekites said: "Toward all these crimes and daily violations committed by the Houthi militia at the military and humanitarian levels for nearly a year of the United Nations-sponsored Sweden Agreement in Hodeidah and in light of the Houthi militias' insistence to commit crimes against humanity at the beginning of the new year and their attempts to thwart of replacing the peace process in the city, we find the United Nations and the UN envoy in a state of permanent silence in the face of these brutal crimes. We have not heard about any statement condemning the terrorist and criminal operations of Iran's militias in Yemen, or practicing pressure on them to cease fire and military escalation. Rather, the silence of the United Nations proves the extent of its collusion with the militias to encourage them to commit more crimes against humanity. »
