The Executive Director of the World Food Program accused the Houthis of fraud, cheating and stealing the food of the needy to feed their militias.

The humanitarian Organization has given the Houthis an appointed time until the 20th of this month to obtain guarantees and abide by the agreements, otherwise, the Organization will gradually suspend the distribution of aid to those in need in their areas of control starting from Sana'a. The Organization's message to the Houthis indicated that the suspension of aid distribution does not include vaccinations and food for children and women.

It is worth noting that the Executive Director of the World Food Program in Sana'a has been trying for 12 months to obtain a written and approved commitment by the Houthis to change their behavior, but to no avail, which called for the Security Council to be informed of the seriousness of the humanitarian situation in Yemen.

The World Food Program (WFP) has confirmed that it will not allow changing the track of the food aid, which the Houthi militias try to do since they seized Sana'a and control convoys of humanitarian assistance offered to civilians.
