Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Prince Muhammad bin Salman said that the attacks on oil tankers in the Gulf and the targeting of oil facilities and Abha airport in the Kingdom confirm the importance of our appeals on the international community to take a firm position towards the behavior of the Iranian regime.
In an interview with the Saudi Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper, the Saudi crown prince stressed that the kingdom "does not want war in the region," adding "we will not hesitate to deal with any threat to our people, sovereignty and vital interests."
Prince Mohammad bin Salman said "The problem is in Tehran not anywhere else," adding "Iran is always the party that is working to escalating in the region, where it is carried out terrorist attacks and vicious attacks directly or through its militias."

The Crown Prince reminded that Saudi Arabia has supported all efforts to reach a political solution to the Yemeni crisis.
"Unfortunately, the Houthi militia gives priority to Iran's agenda over the interests of Yemen and its people," stressing that his country "cannot accept the existence of militias outside the state institutions on its borders," he said.
He explained that the goal of the Arab Alliance in Yemen «is not only to liberate it from the presence of the Iranian militias but the achievement of prosperity and stability for all the people of Yemen».
