Text of the statement of the National Alliance of Yemeni political forces:

Sensing national responsibility, strengthening their political role in supporting the restoration of the legitimacy, ending the coup, rebuilding state institutions and extending its authority over the entire territory of Yemen and the performance of the national duty to save the country and lift it from the difficult economic, security and social conditions, the parties and political components rallying under this alliance have held a series of continuous meetings devoted to discussing the various political issues related to the current situation in the country and reviewing the performance of various national parties, particularly the role of political parties and organizations and the importance of restoring their position in partnership as a genuine part of constitutional and consensual legitimacy in this critical historical and articulated moment.

This activity, which was accompanied by the care of His Excellency the President of the Republic Marshal Abdu Rabbo Mansur Hadi, culminated in the emergence of this formation announced by political parties and components today, confirming the following:

First: To declare a political alliance that supports the legitimacy and restoration of the state and is committed to national references and constants. And this Alliance comes under the name of "The National Alliance of Yemeni political forces".

Second: The adoption of all the documents of the Alliance represented in the political document of the Alliance, the executive program and executive regulations, derived from the visions of the political components of the requirements of the stage.

Third: The formation of the National Alliance of Yemeni political forces came from the logic of national necessity and in response to the need of the political arena to have a framework that brings together the various political components and forces in order to support the path of restoring the state, bringing peace, ending the coup, restoring the peaceful political process, carrying out outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and building the federal State.

Fourth: Yemen's political parties and components confirm their adherence to the peace option, which comes from their principled commitment to the three references, which guarantee the end of the coup and its aftermath.

Fifth: The parties and the components of this Alliance are keen to open the way for all political forces, the components of the peaceful southern movement and the peaceful youth revolution to participate in the Alliance on the basis of national partnership and the restoration of the political process.
