The Head of the Information and Culture Department of the Yemeni Islah Party, Mr. Ali al-Jaradi, said that “The relationship of the Islah Party with the United Arab Emirates is within the relationship between the legitimate authority of Yemen and the Arab coalition countries led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, in which the two sides were gathered in a moment of existential defense for the security of the region in the face of the Persian colonialism and army”.
In his speech to Al-Monitor, al-Jaradi stressed that “the relationship of the Islah Party with the United Arab Emirates is dictated by the necessities of joint defense of the Arabian Peninsula and its security, stability and Arabism.”
Al-Jaradi pointed out that “The importance of this relationship lies in confronting threats, cooperating in the face of the Houthi coup and building Yemen as a country that is a source of safety for its neighbors and the world as a whole”.
Al-Jaradi considered that “the visit is an introduction to friendly and positive relations that can be built upon, a pledge to move from the circle of mutual suspicions to the constituency of participations and to provide a successful model of inter-Arab relations that characterized by cooperation and integration according to the determinants of dangers, interests and common destinies.”
