Late on Tuesday, Mr. Ali Muhammad al-Da'usi was assassinated in front of his house in the Enmaa neighborhood-Aden. The assassination was by shooting was carried out by gunmen. Da'usi is an activist of the Yemeni Islah Party in Aden and a member of the resistance that formed after the Houthi invasion.
First-aid men said they had taken al-Da'usi to one of hospitals of the interim capital Aden, but he died before his arrival in the hospital.
According to sources, Mr. Ali al-Da'usi, who is the principal of a school in al-Tiqaniah neighborhood, was assassinated in front of his house in the area of Enmaa when gunmen on a car called him to get out from his home and fired him by using Kalashnikovs, then he fell down with his blood and the criminals fled to an unknown destination.
The late Ali al-Da'usi belongs to the Dethina region of Abyan governorate. The security services came to the scene late and are still conducting investigations into the crime that targeted one of the educational leaders known with dedication, ethics and integrity, which has social weight and strong relations.
It is noteworthy that the assassination of the leader al-Da'usi was preceded by dozens of assassinations carried out against the leaders and activists of the Islah Party in the systematic and continuous process to get rid of the resistance fighters who resisted the invasion of Houthi to the South, and this raises many question marks on who is carrying out assassinations and who are beneficiaries.
