The Yemeni Islah Party said that the roots of the economic and social deterioration are the destruction and war caused by the Houthi coup against legitimacy, the state and its basic economic factors.

In a statement issued by Islah Secretariat, it emphasized that the economic deterioration factors are only a kind of systematic action taken by the coupists for the economic, security, political, cultural and social pillars' destruction of the country.

Islah stressed the importance of economic, financial and monetary procedures taken by the legitimate government in order to face the deterioration. In the same context, it called for taking arrangements on the economic side and making it part of a comprehensive economic program to restore its recovery, which will lead to achieve economic stability and the stabilization of the value of the Yemeni Riyal.

Islah stressed the need for those procedures to be effective and to last for a long time, stressing the need to implement these procedures during the period ending in 2018 as much as possible.

Islah urged the legitimacy to prepare a program of economic stability, infrastructure reform and encourage the investment climate for the upcoming years starting from the year 2019.

Islah stressed that the economy of the country and the living conditions of citizens will remain the primary concern for the Yemeni Islah Party and the rest of the national forces so that the people regain its state and triumph in its battle against the sacerdotal forces that destroyed Yemen.

The Islah demanded for the return of the government and the state leaders with the cooperation and support of the Arab Alliance to exercise their functions from the Yemeni territories and to be at the same time connected with the people and get acquainted with their concerns to restore confidence between the state and people, as well as to achieve effectiveness and provide a positive model of the legitimacy from the liberated provinces.

The Islah Party also called on the President of the Republic and the government of legitimacy to activate the public institutions of the State represented in the Parliament, the Shura Council, the judicial institutions, the Central Organization for Controlling and Auditing (COCA) and the restructuring of the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption (SNACC) in order that all these institutions perform their role in controlling the sources of financial and administrative corruption.

The Islah Party called on the legitimate government to quickly take the necessary procedures with the support and cooperation of the brothers in the Arab Alliance as well as the international community in order to ensure the access of state resources from all governorates to the Central Bank of Yemen including the areas under the control of the coupists so that the government can pay salaries of state employees in all Republic governorates without exception.

The Islah Party also urged the legitimate government to exercise its functions in accordance with a transparent and declared public budget based on the collection and supply of state resources of gas, oil, minerals, taxes, customs and others to the state treasury of the Central Bank of Yemen, in addition to rationalize public spending, and controlling financial corruption and selecting competent and honest candidates for leading, economic, financial and monetary positions.

The Islah reminds its fans, supporters, all parties and civil and charitable organizations to strengthen social solidarity and provide assistance to poor and displaced families.

In conclusion, the Yemeni Islah Party praised the economic, financial and relief support provided to the Yemeni people by the leadership and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its generous people, appealing the legitimate government to make the best use of this aid in order to lead to economic recovery and stability.
