The deputy head of the Information Department of the Yemeni Islah Party, Adnan al-Audaini, warned of military formations that work to operate geographical areas.
“These formations, which operate geographical regions independently, are preparing themselves to be a state within the state,” Al-Audaini said in a leaflet on his Facebook page.
He stressed that the only savior that will save everyone from this situation is the state, provided that weapons should be under the control of the state alone and ensures a political life without interference from any sides.
He said that the first step of the state is “an army belongs to the homeland and not to the leaders,” pointing out that even in the royal states do not attribute military units to the king who is the (owner) of the authority, then how will the situation be in a country where the people fight for the Republic.
Al-Audain said that everyone will say a lot about this aspect, and at the end, everyone will return to the fact of demanding an army that is consistent, in its combat doctrine, with the republican system.
“Everyone will find that any military unit that underestimates the will of the people is another predicament similar to Houthi's predicament,” al-Audaini said.
